Do you have time to teach you child and also do you have a chance to play with them? Even we are so busy these days. We are supposed to think on how we should communicate with our kids every time.
There’s no clear-cut formula for achieving a balanced life. Balancing work and family can feel like a real challenge, but it becomes much easier when you’ve got a set plan in place. Here you will know how to achieve a lucrative career as well as a fulfilling and well-balanced family life.

Build a Support Network

First and foremost, don’t take on this challenge by yourself. It’s okay to ask for help from family, friends, work colleagues, neighbors, and even your boss. Need to make your son’s 5 o’clock soccer match? Ask a co-worker to cover for you, or try to get off a little earlier than normal (with the permission of your boss of course). Need to work late on an important project? See if a trusted friend or neighbor can pick up the kids from school. In either scenario, know that there are options.

Create Boundaries

A boundary is simply an imaginary line that you draw to determine what you will and will not tolerate. Are you spending too much time doing favors for co-workers when you’ve already clocked out? In this case, learn how to say “No.” Don’t feel guilty – you have a family to devote your time to. Guilt can feel very debilitating, so introducing some logic to the situation can help counteract this feeling.

Don’t Be a Perfectionist

Stop trying to please everyone all the time. It’s impossible. When Balancing Work and Family life, you’ll inevitably have someone mad at you. Whether it’s your daughter for missing her recital or your boss for not coming in early – people are going to expect much more from you than you’re capable of delivering. Just focus on what you can control. You’ll notice an immediate sense of liberation once you adapt a mindset that’s less focused on perfection.

Create Time for Yourself

You can’t be there for your family when you’re stressed out to the max. Being a good partner, parent, and professional starts with being kind to yourself first. Whether it’s going for an early morning jog, or taking the “long way” home for some extra time alone, do things that are going to minimize stress and relieve tension. This will ultimately allow you to be the best parent, spouse, and working professional that you can be.

Be Present With Your Family

Don’t bring your work-related problems home. When 5 o’clock rolls around, you should already be unwinding and put the day behind you. By constantly stressing about how bad your day was, you can’t fully engage in the present moment. When your daughter wants your attention, honestly give it to her. Don’t stare blankly into her eyes as you ponder about the upcoming work day, because that’s not what being a mother is about.

Parting Thoughts

Balancing work and family isn’t always a walk in the park. In fact, being a working professional and caring mother can be tough.
